Makes 2 layer cakes, one 9x13-inch cake or 12 cupcakes
How to Make:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease the bottoms only of two 8-inch or 9-inch pans round pans or one 9x13-inch pan.
Cream one stick of butter* (softened) in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add 2 large eggs* to combine. Add mix and 1/2 cup of water to bowl; mix on low until incorporated. Scrape down sides of the bowl and continue mixing on medium high for 2 minutes.
Spread batter into prepared pans (batter will be thick).
Bake for 30 minutes, until center of cake feels firm when pressed.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Run a small knife around edge of cakes, then turn out onto rack to cool completely.

Very good flavor. A little dense in texture if you have to use egg substitute and milk substitute. . .but we will figure that out, because we are super fans of Ardennefarm products and will definitely keep this as a staple in the pantry.
