How to Make:
- Certified Gluten Free
- No Artificial Colors, Flavors or Preservatives
- Makes 20 cookies
- Cinnamon Sugar Packet Included
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cream 1 stick of butter* (softened) in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, scraping bowl occasionally.
- Add mix, 1 large egg* and 1 tablespoon of water to bowl, and blend to combine.
- Roll dough into 20 balls then roll in cinnamon sugar (packet included). Place on an ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. For a thinner cookie, lightly flatten.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes, until lightly golden around the edges.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
*Dairy and eggs can be substituted with appropriate replacers according to your dietary needs.
