- Each recipe makes 8 4-inch pancakes or waffles
- Stir 1 cup of mix, 2/3 cup of milk*, 1 large egg* and 1 tablespoon of oil until blended with no lumps.
- Pour slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto hot, lightly oiled griddle. For electric griddle, set to 350°F.
- Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown.
- Stir 1-2/3 cup of mix, 3/4 cup of milk*, 2 large eggs* and 2 tablespoons of oil until blended with no lumps.
- Pour desired amount of batter into lightly oiled waffle iron.
- Cook until steaming stops.
*Dairy and eggs can be substituted with appropriate replacers according to your dietary needs.
