Gluten Free Oatmeal
mix makes an old-fashioned thick and chewy cookie made with gluten free oats and brown sugar.
Certified Gluten Free
No Artificial Colors, Flavors or Preservatives
Makes 20 Cookies
How to Make:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Beat 1 stick of butter* (softened) in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, scraping bowl occasionally.
Add mix and 1-2 tablespoons of water to bowl. Blend until just combined.
Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet using a rounded tablespoon (or roll dough into 20 balls). Space 2 inches apart.
Bake for 13-15 minutes until slightly golden around the edges.
Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
*Dairy can be substituted with an appropriate replacer according to your dietary needs.
