Can I use Ardenne Farm's baking mixes after their Best By date? All of our products contain a "Best By" date, which is different than an Expiration Date. Although there would not be a safety concern if you were to use an item beyond its recommended Best By date, we date our products so that we can ensure quality, taste, and texture. Once this time period has lapsed, we can no longer ensure that the overall experience of the product will be what we intended. Also, please note that the life of our products depends on how they are stored. Exposure to extreme heat during a product's lifespan can affect our baking mixes and greatly reduce the time beyond the Best By date that the product is usable.

Where can I purchase your products? You can also purchase our products at a variety of retail locations around the United States and online including Vitacost and Amazon.

Is your packaging made from recycled materials? Yes, our packages are produced from 35% post-consumer recycled cardboard. You can also recycle our packages.

Will a higher altitude affect my baking? Yes. If you're at an altitude higher than 3500' above sea level, you will need to increase the temperature of your oven by 15° - 25°F and decrease the time by 5 - 8 minutes for every 30 minutes of baking time, or until golden.
